  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Educate homeowners on how to use their new system.
  • •Deliver safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in paid training, coaching, and leadership development to grow within the organization.
