Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update Salesforce account hierarchy relationships for US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
  • •Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account/contact records using data-quality and deduplication tooling.
  • •Research and validate parent-child account relationships to ensure an accurate customer hierarchy source of truth.
  • •Document hierarchy and deduplication changes in an audit-ready, controls-oriented manner consistent with IPO readiness standards.
  • •Perform OFAC/sanctions screening and research/validate new account creation requests, escalating ambiguous or high-risk cases and meeting SLAs.

Key Requirements
