Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute account SLA’s as the primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients.
  • •Engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure agreed work is completed to client expectations.
  • •Review vehicle sale lineups to locate missing vehicles and coordinate readiness and parking on-spot, on-time for sale.
  • •Support auction operations by monitoring vehicle reconditioning processes, supporting client teams, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • •Educate on company products and services and, with assistance, perform condition report and imaging audits to reduce policy loss and goodwill expenses.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with up to 2 years’ experience in a related field, including minimum 1 year in automotive or related industry.

  • •Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required; ability to operate standard and automatic transmission preferred.
