Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead RF/microwave hardware designs from concept through production, including architecture at the system, module, and component level.
  • •Translate system requirements into block diagrams, schematics, and hardware solutions; design RF, microwave, mixed-signal, and power circuitry.
  • •Create schematics, select components, and support PCB/CCA design while contributing to integrated RF assemblies.
  • •Analyze performance across frequency, noise, gain, linearity, and signal integrity; debug and validate designs at board and module level.
  • •Provide technical leadership to teams of 3-6 people, support design reviews and trade studies, and mentor engineering talent (with occasional travel as needed).
