Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver PLM and MES deployments for assigned programs/sites, with full ownership of scope, resources, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • •Develop detailed plans, manage milestones and dependencies, oversee RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT activities required for deployment at all levels of the organization; escalate cross-functional issues via the Program Manager.
  • •In collaboration with the IT organization, ensure effective integration of PLM and MES with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and adjacent systems; validate data integrity and interfaces.
  • •Coordinate the implementation of standardized processes (configuration management, traceability, shop-floor execution) aligned with aerospace industry requirements.
