Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and recover from computing infrastructure and system incidents affecting tool operations in customer production environments.
  • •Operate and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including virtualization, container platforms, storage, and network systems.
  • •Perform system monitoring and preventive maintenance, including server recovery and system restoration.
  • •Support new system deployment, installation, and upgrade projects.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive reliability-focused process improvements.
