Facility Management and Maintenance Administrator (Experienced)

Support facility operations in Chantilly, VA by assisting the Facility Manager and Engineer with preventative maintenance and small facility projects. Manage and update plans in the facility management computer system, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee internal facility activities when the engineer is away. Administer material stock levels, order construction/office supplies and furniture-related items, and work with customers to keep large customer facility operations running smoothly.
