Job Summary

Own the vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for an AI security product portfolio on the Pathfinder platform. Lead and scale a team of senior product managers, drive cross-functional alignment across engineering and GTM, and deliver 0-to-1 development from design-partner validation through GA. Serve as a senior internal and external authority on the agentic AI threat landscape, representing BeyondTrust to analysts, customers, boards, and industry events while shaping competitive and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and business success metrics for AI security portfolio areas on the Pathfinder platform.
•Lead as a senior product organization leader by setting portfolio strategy and driving cross-functional alignment with engineering and GTM leadership.
•Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and define the operating model for discovery, roadmap, and delivery.
•Drive 0-to-1 product development for AI security capabilities from design-partner validation through GA and build repeatable delivery motion.
•Own go-to-market strategy and represent BeyondTrust externally through customer advisory boards, executive briefings, analyst days, and industry conferences, translating agentic AI threat research into product decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
•10+ years in product management, security research, or technical strategy with depth in cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud security.
•5+ years of product leadership, including building and scaling teams (experience managing other managers preferred).
•Ability to run a product line with strong business acumen and experience driving go-to-market motion and P&L.
•Shipped AI-native products where AI fundamentally changes the value proposition, with deep identity security knowledge (PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and identity lifecycle).
