Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and maintain the Legal & Compliance process supporting Procurement, including standard purchasing template agreements, internal guidance, training, and the procurement legal playbook.
  • •Ensure the Procurement team is supported within agreed financial FY plans.
  • •Manage intra-group services agreements at the direction of the Tax Director.
  • •Manage Keyloop’s registered trademark portfolio and the litigation accrual process with Finance for recording and tracking litigation.
  • •Coordinate external counsel for HR and Facilities and support Treasury/Finance activities including facility and working capital arrangements, debt collection, and customer claims including early termination settlements.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor, preferably UK qualified.
  • •Excellent drafting skills.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating supplier agreements and identifying key risk areas.
  • •Experience assessing litigation accruals and key considerations for recording them.
  • •Experience supporting Finance and Procurement in a global business and working within a global in-house legal team (preferable).
