Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or participate in safety improvement activities (hazard/environmental factor identification, ESR, LOTO) to implement safety regulations and rules on the production line.
  • •Provide production support: guide the line to follow production processes, resolve technical “red light” issues with root-cause analysis, and collect/analyze/report production data to track improvements.
  • •Translate and prepare production procedures and participate/execute product and process training or assessments for operators and technicians.
  • •Analyze capacity and optimize production line processes to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure sufficient capacity.
  • •Coordinate quality/consistency and global initiatives: support certifications/audits with Quality, participate in global quality meetings, and implement meeting resolutions; also support energy-saving and low-energy process considerations.
