Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare analyses, planning, and reports together with the Controlling Business Partner Marketing to provide a reliable decision basis.
  • •Oversee the marketing budget, identify deviations early, and advise business units on financial impacts and concrete action options.
  • •Contribute controlling expertise to budgets, forecasts, and mid-term planning, ensuring assumptions and numbers remain robust.
  • •Steer intercompany allocations between Miele companies in the DACH region and coordinate with the Finance Shared Service Center on service agreements.
  • •Translate plan-vs-actual deviations into insights, identify efficiency opportunities, and support cross-functional topics and Finance/Controlling projects, including for the Head of Controlling Operations DACH.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in economics (ideally with a focus on controlling or finance).
  • •Relevant experience in controlling.
  • •Strong proficiency with SAP CO, SAP BW, and MS Office; experience with modern BI tools or AI-supported analyses is a plus.
  • •Structured analysis of complex figures and derivation of clear, economically sound recommendations.
  • •Confident English communication and experience with project management is desirable.
