Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sustainability project teams with design development, report production, and research on green building engineering and sustainability rating systems (e.g., LEED/Estidama).
  • •Develop sustainability options for new buildings and existing structures for non-complex projects.
  • •Conduct/assist with financial feasibility analysis and sustainability modeling and calculations (energy optimization, carbon analysis, daylight/shading, glare/reflectivity, microclimate, water balance).
  • •Perform technical analysis to support proof of concept and design/simulation work, including materials recommendations and drawing/specification review for non-complex projects.
  • •Coordinate and review building structure and MEP/HVAC systems to verify adherence to environmental KPIs, and support energy audits, energy rating monitoring, and progress reporting against schedule and budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • •1-5 years of experience.
  • •Strong experience with sustainability and environmental design and management.
  • •Sustainability rating certification such as LEED-AP (BD+C) or other specialty (e.g., PQP).
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (and other 3D software), plus spoken and written English and Arabic.
