Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key month-end and quarter-end accounting activities across operating costs, payroll and employee costs, share-based compensation, fixed/intangible assets, and leases, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
  • •Analyze cash transactions and large datasets to identify exceptions, investigate unusual items, and ensure transactions are complete and correctly reflected in financial statements.
  • •Analyze balance sheet and P&L movements, identify root causes of unexpected results, and provide evidence-based commentary on key drivers.
  • •Develop understanding of business activity, data, and systems behind accounting areas; research non-routine transactions and form positions under U.S. GAAP, escalating complex matters.
  • •Prepare supporting schedules, financial reporting, and assigned SEC disclosures, perform ICFR and SOX controls with high-quality documentation, and support audit/tax/compliance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience.
  • •ACA, CPA, ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • •Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity and investigate large/complex datasets.
  • •High ownership, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize competing demands while delivering quality work at pace.
  • •Experience with audit, ICFR and SOX requirements and working effectively with internal and external auditors.
