•Monitor and analyze team KPIs and energize the team to achieve results.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns) and maintain stock levels according to merchandising strategies.

Key Requirements

•Experience of at least 3/4 years in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts.
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs, budget management, analysis and daily reporting.
•Strong leadership and ability to guide a team toward targets and foster a positive team spirit.
•Dynamism, flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Experience in stock management and executing merchandising strategies across store floors.
