Job Summary

Lead the roll-out and commercialization of Mastercard Transfer Solutions (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) in Taiwan. Develop country commercialization strategy, stitch together a product suite for banks/NBFIs/merchants, drive aggressive revenue growth, and coordinate with regional/global teams and internal functions to execute go-to-market plans and partnerships in the cross-border payments space.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful roll-out of Transfer Solutions in APAC, including Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send, coordinating with country, regional, and global teams
•Develop Taiwan commercialization strategy with market sizing and use-case analysis to identify pain points and opportunities
•Assemble and tailor a product suite to address money-movement needs of banks, NBFIs, and merchants in collaboration with regional/global teams
•Drive revenue growth for Transfer Solutions services through strategic partnerships, deal-structuring, pricing, and P&L ownership
•Collaborate with internal teams (customer delivery, operations, technology, legal, finance, geography) and external partners to articulate client solutions and submit compelling business cases

Key Requirements

•Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple functional areas, regional executives, and key customers/partners
•Strong business acumen with ability to deliver value to customers and Mastercard
•Experience leading multiple complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines
•Deep knowledge of cross-border and faster payments industry
•Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence senior management and partners
