Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior broker with proven peer, market and client relationships.
  • •Produce, retain and grow a book of North American and International Fortune 1000 Property Insurance Business.
  • •Work effectively with decision makers at client and insurance carrier level with a proven track record.
  • •Develop and nurture market and internal producer relationships with proven business and social skills.
  • •Establish/maintain credibility using excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, senior underwriters and executives overseas.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a business-related field.
  • •Minimum of 7 (AVP) / 10 (VP) years of recent relevant insurance broking experience within the Property Insurance industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of finance/accounting and general business terms.
  • •Proven experience in working with North American retail brokers and clients.
  • •Experience servicing Fortune 1000 and broader North American clients and their equivalent internationally.
