Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review U.S. informational tax returns and workpapers (e.g., 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118) including Subpart F, Net CFC Tested Income, Section 956, E&P studies, foreign tax credits, and permanent files.
  • •Analyze tax structures and document analyses for elections; prepare and file relevant filings (e.g., entity classification, tax residency certificate, §338).
  • •Analyze, prepare, or review monthly and annual U.S. withholding compliance remittances and returns.
  • •Assist with optimizing quarterly and annual financial/tax reporting related to U.S. cross-border matters.
  • •Conduct tax research, identify and document tax risks, and support foreign advisors, external tax advisors, and auditors with information requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • •International tax experience required; 3-7 years of tax experience in public accounting or relevant multinational experience.
  • •MBA, MST, or CPA is a plus.
  • •Experience with CSC Corp Tax software is a plus.
  • •Strong mathematical/accounting analytical and workpaper skills, advanced Excel, and excellent written/oral communication.
