Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; master’s degree preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in automotive electronics manufacturing, supplier industrialization, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, launch engineering, or technical program leadership.
  • •Hands-on experience with ECUs, PCBAs, TLAs, sensors, embedded modules, electrical assemblies, or safety-related electronic systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP/LQP, safe launch, run-at-rate, production validation, PFMEA, and control plans.
  • •Knowledge of SMT and PCBA manufacturing (solder quality, AOI, X-ray, ICT, EOL testing, ESD controls) and automotive validation practices (including IPC and IATF 16949).
