Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, analyze, and repair electrical issues at assigned sites.
  • •Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment per the maintenance schedule.
  • •Attend electrical emergencies and handle on-call duties to ensure timely resolution.
  • •Supervise the maintenance team’s electrical maintenance tasks to required standards and provide technical guidance/training.
  • •Document emergency actions and maintenance activities, track parts/tools, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or professional certification in electrical systems.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience as an electrician in property, facilities, or building maintenance.
  • •Expertise in panel boards, electrical lines, troubleshooting, and specialized measuring equipment.
  • •Knowledge of both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems, including control systems.
  • •Valid UAE Driver’s License; health and safety certification is preferred.
