Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead platform architecture and core capability design for an AI Agent platform, including orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Integrate AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows (AI coding, technical solution generation, test case/report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration).
  • •Design and implement enterprise knowledge augmentation, including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graph solutions.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime and governance frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control, auditability/traceability, evaluation/quality measurement, and stability/cost management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardise and productionise platform capabilities and improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields).
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or enterprise-scale delivery roles.
  • •Recent 3 years delivering AI-related production in a commercial environment.
  • •Proficiency in Java/Python with strong coding fundamentals and architectural judgment.
  • •Deep expertise in LLM/agent architecture (task decomposition, tool/function calling, context/session management, memory, execution loops) and hands-on use of LangChain/LangGraph (or equivalent).
