Job Summary

Plan and facilitate sales enrichment programs for SDR onboarding, ramp readiness, and sales excellence curriculum, including in-person and virtual delivery. Partner cross-departmentally to support IT and HR onboarding and New Hire 2-Week onboarding, manage learning administration and content repositories, and run coach-backs to optimize ramping. Measure outcomes using feedback loops and provide insights into region-specific enrichment needs to improve sales development adoption.

•Facilitate and operationalize SDR onboarding, ramp/readiness enrichment programs, and contribute to sales excellence internship enrichment curriculum and technical series.
•Collaborate cross-departmentally to support IT onboarding, HR onboarding, and New Hire 2-Week onboarding.
•Deliver engaging in-person and virtual enrichment content to free up front-line manager bandwidth.
•Provide learning admin support including intranet communications and content repository site management.
•Run coach-backs to SDR sellers, streamline and measure program success using feedback loops, and communicate region-specific enrichment needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum one-year experience in sales development, or 2 years in sales enablement roles.
•Experience interpreting data to make informed recommendations.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps; experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
