Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding customer service using Crocs service model in-store.
•Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing suggestions and concerns.
•Learn and assist across departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals, and stock room management.
•Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards.
•Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Possess at least O Level or above.
•Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
•Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
•Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
