Key Responsibilities

•Architect, configure, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework for exceptions, disputes, and investigation workflows.
•Design and implement payment operations automation for payment systems, including SWIFT messages, ACH, wire transfers, and cross-border payment investigations.
•Build and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and background processing components (Queue Processors, Job Schedulers).
•Design and configure secure enterprise integrations to connect Pega with external banking ledgers and core transaction systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners.
•Enforce Pega guardrails, conduct detailed code reviews, optimize performance by troubleshooting processing bottlenecks, and mentor junior engineers in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7+ years of hands-on enterprise application development on the Pega PRPC platform (Pega 8.x preferred).
•Direct experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and deep operational understanding of global payment systems and banking regulations.
•Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA/SSA) certifications (PCSSA and SSA/PCSA mentioned).
•Master-level knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, declarative expressions, UI rules, and report definitions.
•Strong experience with SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and standard middleware connectivity protocols; familiarity with CI/CD and Scrum/Agile delivery.
