Job Summary

Design and improve new and existing products by generating concepts, performing engineering calculations, and running GD&T stack-up analyses. Provide CAD support using Solid Edge or SolidWorks, apply DFMA principles, and manage engineering change requests (ECR) / notes (ECN). Support development, testing, and evaluation of functional prototypes, including costed BOM creation with PLM tools such as Teamcenter, while prioritizing work to meet timelines and customer expectations.

•Apply DFMA principles and drive cost optimization and product quality improvement initiatives.
•Execute engineering change requests/notes and support the development, testing, and evaluation of functional prototypes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
•2–5 years of experience in product design or a related field.
•Hands-on CAD experience, preferably Solid Edge or SolidWorks.
•Knowledge of casting, plastic, or forging design considerations.
•Understanding of GD&T principles (ASME Y14.5 preferred).
