Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete high volume incoming customer requests daily for standard documents, questionnaires, specifications, and quality agreements.
  • •Collaborate with regulatory, manufacturing, quality, legal, and customer support groups to complete customer questionnaires.
  • •Provide customer letters for standard inquiries and coordinate responses for non-standard requests.
  • •Develop and maintain understanding of products and manufacturing sites while supporting documentation generation.
  • •Organize and maintain quality documentation and standard letters, tracking responses and ensuring process efficiency with the team and Sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience in quality, operations or regulatory.
  • •Prior quality, regulatory or food industry experience is favorable.
  • •Basic knowledge of starches, hydrocolloids, or food ingredient experience is preferred.
  • •Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple requests accurately and on time.
  • •Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database software; strong verbal and written communication.
