Key Responsibilities

•Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end and be the growth driver advertisers rely on when issues arise.
•Grow revenue by focusing on top-line outcomes and clear communication, adapting as data evolves.
•Tune ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS; translate cap-fill and retention targets into bid moves using HEX/Amplitude/Looker Studio and internal AI daily.
•Detect and pre-empt advertiser problems by proactive planning, escalating only when needed and pushing for timely budget increases and tests.
•Serve as a liaison between commercial and technical teams; troubleshoot data drift and coordinate with engineering for ETA and partner communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 80,000 annually
