Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic development of hospitality assets from early-stage briefing through delivery, handover, and operational readiness.
  • •Shape asset strategy, feasibility, and business plans to define positioning, guest experience, and value creation.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery, and operators to ensure seamless progression to operations.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of key asset decisions (positioning, room mix, amenities, guest experience, operational planning) to maximize differentiation and portfolio performance.
  • •Manage governance, executive reporting, risk/opportunity interfaces, and mentor teams to embed best-practice development capability across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience shaping development strategy, feasibility, and positioning for hospitality/real estate assets.
  • •20+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality development.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value creation in complex, high-value environments.
  • •Professional membership or recognised certification preferred (e.g., RICS, RIBA, PMP or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Aconex).
