Lead Sales Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids

Generate business opportunities and consult with customers on Drilling & Completion Fluids solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, handle standardized offerings with client advice, and support pricing/contract conditions for a defined geographic territory. Lead departmental efforts with medium-sized estimated orders, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and communicate complex technical information to customers and teams across varying technical backgrounds.
