Job Summary

Maintain and support Pratt & Whitney F119-PW-100 gas turbine engines by disassembling, inspecting, repairing, assembling, and testing. Work in a team environment with Field Service Representatives, Engineering, and customers to deliver world-class maintenance. Perform full and intermediate repairs on engines, modules, and components, manage process-related waste, and support investigations and process improvement activities while working onsite on 2nd shift (with potential shift rotations).

Key Responsibilities

•Disassemble, inspect, repair, assemble, and test Pratt & Whitney F119-PW-100 gas turbine engines and associated new technologies.
•Perform full and intermediate maintenance/repair on engines, modules, and components, including routine maintenance of support equipment.
•Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, multitasking as needed.
•Collaborate with Field Service Representatives, Engineering, and customers to provide world-class maintenance and support.
•Support onsite maintenance activities including working on maintenance platforms and performing physical tasks as required.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
•Experience in the disassembly, inspection, and assembly of gas turbine engines.
•Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Word).
•Borescope experience and the ability to use and interpret electronic technical manuals (preferred).
