Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
  • •Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between backroom and sales floor.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet and continuously moving for at least 8 hours per shift.
