Key Responsibilities

  • •Own relationships with panel vendors and assess performance across quality and fulfillment to prioritize and route orders.
  • •Onboard new panel vendors by running due diligence for quality and compatibility.
  • •Review and interpret customer recruitment requirements, assess feasibility, and place and manage orders across the vendor network.
  • •Monitor order progress and proactively flag issues or delays; troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and escalate when needed.
  • •Build end-to-end processes to improve efficiency and scalability, partner with Product and Engineering on internal tools, and use insights for roadmap and pricing.

Key Requirements
