•Lead a globally distributed engineering organization supporting order and engineered-to-order execution, product development, research, and product lifecycle management across the isolation valves portfolio.
•Provide strategic leadership aligning global engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs, partnering with world area leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Develop, coach, and retain engineering talent by fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
•Optimize engineering resources and budgets, balancing near-term execution with long-term capability building.
•Establish performance visibility using meaningful metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning tools, and drive global standardization of engineering tools, processes, and systems.
