Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a globally distributed engineering organization supporting order and engineered-to-order execution, product development, research, and product lifecycle management across the isolation valves portfolio.
  • •Provide strategic leadership aligning global engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs, partnering with world area leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • •Develop, coach, and retain engineering talent by fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • •Optimize engineering resources and budgets, balancing near-term execution with long-term capability building.
  • •Establish performance visibility using meaningful metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning tools, and drive global standardization of engineering tools, processes, and systems.
