Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise and guidance in subsea Xmas Tree engineering activities, including tubing hanger and other subsea hardware design engineering.
  • •Develop and review subsea engineering designs, specifications, and procedures for Subsea Xmas Tree, Subsea Manifold, and Subsea Connections.
  • •Lead and participate in engineering solution development for subsea projects in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to evaluate and select subsea equipment and materials; review engineering deliverables (e.g., BoDs, PFDs, P&IDs) for technical alignment.
  • •Promote HSE compliance through safety culture, risk assessments, and measures to mitigate hazards and operational risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, preferably mechanical or subsea engineering (qualification by experience may be considered).
  • •Extensive experience in subsea hardware engineering within the oil and gas industry, including a proven track record in subsea projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of subsea engineering principles, subsea systems, and relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ISO).
  • •Current knowledge of relevant vendors’ product and service offerings.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver within deadlines and budget constraints.
