Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret complex distribution agreements for television stations and networks, Peacock/network apps, and FAST channels.
  • •Provide business-facing, actionable legal advice on analysis, planning, compliance, and contract interpretation for current and future agreements.
  • •Partner with NBCU business and legal personnel to maintain deal alignment and information flow.
