Embedded Software Engineer

Design and develop real-time embedded software for electronic industrial HVAC controls, working closely with hardware to integrate, test, and verify system functionality. Follow Trane product development procedures, help advance software development tools and processes, and support field defect management. You’ll estimate tasks and build schedules for leadership and end customers, contributing to next-generation HVAC equipment controls that reduce energy use and environmental impact.
