Deliver friendly, accurate checkout service at the cashwrap for Coach, creating lasting customer impressions. Promote add-on sales, gift cards, and support the Insider Program. Maintain correct cash handling and compliance, process returns and repairs, and complete end-of-shift audits. Keep the cashwrap organized and ensure equipment issues are reported. Assist in training and mentoring cashiers while upholding service standards.
