•Apply finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or other tools to ensure even coverage and texture.
•Inspect work for defects, perform rework as needed, and maintain consistent quality.
•Follow safety guidelines using PPE, maintain a clean work environment, and manage supplies and equipment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•5–6 years of understanding of paint and stain application techniques.
•Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
