Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee safe and efficient last-mile delivery operations across the South Island, including depot operations.
  • •Hire, train, and supervise drivers and delivery partners, including onboarding and portal management.
  • •Ensure driver compliance through licensing checks and monitoring against delivery standards and regulations.
  • •Manage allocations, weekly rostering, and shift reporting, supervising AM/PM operations where applicable.
  • •Handle driver incidents, vehicle maintenance, safety compliance, and communications with delivery partners, including asset/device management.
