Define, launch, and scale performance marketing strategies for Al Futtaim Retail across the Middle East and Asia. Manage multi-channel, multi-market budgets and targets (ROAS, CAC, customer acquisition), and align paid media with brand goals, stock availability, product priorities, and marketing calendars.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, launch, and scale region-specific performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and grow sales.
•Own and optimize paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across retail platforms such as Google and Meta.
•Manage multi-channel, multi-market paid media budgets to achieve revenue, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition targets.
•Collaborate with Brand, Digital Trade, and CRM teams to align paid media activities with stock availability, product priorities, and marketing calendars.
•Oversee development and optimization of performance marketing creative and content assets aligned to brand standards and performance goals.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with PPC and Paid Social platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
•Strong web analytics skills using Google Analytics or similar tools.
•Proficiency in retargeting platforms such as Criteo and RTB.
•Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
•At least 5 years of performance marketing experience across multi-market or regional accounts and budgets.
