Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, compile, and submit monthly customs reports to relevant authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • •Prepare and maintain customs documents and accurate records for audit and reference.
  • •Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to obtain and follow up on required customs documentation.
  • •Prepare and submit excise duty declarations via the designated customs portal and ensure timely, accurate filing.
  • •Perform monthly reconciliation of customs and excise reports with Finance and customs records, and daily reconciliation of excise duty reports with in-houses and external customs.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • •At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution (added advantage).
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.
