Job Summary

Lead analytics and administration of global benefits programs across regions, partnering with Finance, Legal, and brokers to ensure compliant, cost-effective programs. You’ll analyze spend and utilization, prepare leadership-ready insights, support governance, budgeting, and multi-country rollouts, and drive standardization and risk management across a growing benefits portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze global benefits data, including spend, utilization, market benchmarks, and regional inputs, to identify trends and support decision-making across multiple countries
•Prepare summaries, reporting, and presentation materials that translate benefits data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership discussions
•Support the execution and documentation of global governance frameworks, standards, policies, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for benefits programs
•Coordinate with regional teams, Finance, Legal, and the global benefits broker to support renewals, reporting, compliance monitoring, and alignment with global guidelines and local requirements
•Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting accuracy across global benefits programs by consolidating, validating, and analyzing regional data

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources and/or similar discipline
•Experience in analyzing data, preparing reporting, and supporting business decisions through structured insights and recommendations
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
•Experience with employee benefit programs, benefit compliance requirements and regulations
•Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits programs and/or similar disciplines
