Real Estate Internal Communications Manager

Lead internal communications for the Real Estate team by developing and executing employee communication strategies for a designated region. Plan and manage departmental cultural activities end-to-end, and oversee internal communication channels including H5 content, copywriting, and video production. Help build and promote the team’s service brand to strengthen employee recognition and engagement, working closely with cross-functional partners while managing public sentiment and improving internal collaboration.
