  • •Serve as lead counsel on US federal and state financial services regulatory matters, including oversight by CFPB, Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, FinCEN, and state money transmitter regulators.
  • •Anticipate regulatory and legal risks and design proactive strategies to manage them.
  • •Lead regulatory examination management for US supervisory relationships and manage legal risks to safeguard PayPal’s interests.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • •Proven track record managing complex regulatory examinations and enforcement proceedings.
