Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive automation-first quality engineering for a platform combining voice, desktop, intelligence, and AI.
  • •Set and own quality strategy across a 1-week cadence as product surface area grows.
  • •Lead cross-service contract suite work to gate production and expand automation coverage for squads.
  • •Ensure fast-turnaround regression suites run to support weekly deploys and rapid detection/reporting.
  • •Build automation patterns and raise QA engineers through hands-on framework design and tackling complex technical challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years QA/SDET experience, building test-automation foundations from scratch for fast-shipping products.
  • •Master issue-isolating and root-cause debugging to narrow failures to the service/commit/event and provide data-driven bug reports.
  • •Fast regression discipline: parallelized suites and smart test selection to deliver results in minutes at weekly deploy speed.
  • •Experience testing high-throughput, low-latency systems with load, stress, and soak testing in high-load environments.
  • •Comfortable with event-driven systems (e.g., WebSocket flows) and CI-native trunk-based CI/CD with flake management.
