Key Responsibilities

  • •Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year plans, aggregating fund and portfolio-company inputs for group-level reporting with shared assumptions and calendars.
  • •Translate corporate strategy and value-creation plans into integrated financial targets, resource requirements, liquidity forecasts, and measurable performance outcomes.
  • •Build, review, and maintain integrated models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, liquidity, leverage, and covenant headroom) plus operating and capital expenditure driver models.
  • •Partner with Investment, Fund Control, Treasury, and portfolio-company finance teams to incorporate transactions, financing plans, and assumptions into forecasts and management reporting.
  • •Run scenario and sensitivity analysis, maintain forward-looking liquidity/leverage/covenant visibility, and present recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees/boards.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, strategic finance, transaction services, investment banking, private equity finance, or portfolio analytics with meaningful management responsibility.
  • •Advanced financial modelling and performance-analysis capability across budgeting, sensitivity/scenario planning, and model integrity.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, manage multiple workstreams, and develop junior professionals in a high-performance environment.
  • •Strong private-markets knowledge, including investment theses, value-creation plans, leverage/liquidity, cash conversion, and investment performance metrics (e.g., IRR, MOIC).
  • •Fluency to collaborate with cross-border stakeholders; professional fluency in Arabic, Spanish, French, or another relevant language is preferred (not required).
