Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Ebury’s core client-facing foreign exchange capabilities. Define long-term FX product strategy, translate short-term goals into roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and design. Manage FX product risks and dependencies with Payments and Lending, drive data-driven prioritization, monitor performance using key FX metrics, and mentor junior product managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive long-term FX product strategy and translate 0-6 month goals into clear roadmaps for the FX subdomain.
•Provide direction to engineering, ensure delivery cadence and best practices, and help launch products consistently and on time.
•Own operational and regulatory risks for the FX product and coordinate cross-domain dependencies across Payments and Lending.
•Validate problems through research and user feedback, and act as the go-to FX subject matter expert for the team.
•Use data to prioritize, monitor performance (e.g., FX margins and conversion rates), propose growth opportunities, and mentor junior product managers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2+ years focused on Foreign Exchange (FX).
•Practical knowledge of FX market structure, including spot, forwards, options, and regulatory compliance.

•Ability to synthesize complex technical, financial, and regulatory information into clear, executable product plans and user stories.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
