Lead and support business and solution requirements for change initiatives of varying complexity. Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, technology delivery, testing, and project managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Use requirements elicitation, validation, documentation, and impact assessment to manage risks, dependencies, and alignment throughout the requirements management lifecycle—ensuring solutions meet strategic, operational, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, facilitate, and lead requirements elicitation for initiatives by engaging stakeholders to define business needs and solutions.
•Select and apply elicitation techniques (including interviews, workshops, process mapping, surveys, document analysis) based on project objectives and complexity.
•Serve as primary requirements lead for assigned initiatives, guiding teams on requirements management approaches, documentation standards, and best practices.
•Maintain requirements documentation and artifacts in approved work management tools in accordance with TDLC.
•Perform impact assessments and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and data/system/integration root causes to recommend escalation or mitigation actions.

•Ability to analyze business problems and clearly document findings.
•Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Traditional-Iterative methodologies.
