Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including community and business presentations as directed.
  • •Manage client relationships with business partners and refer customers for holistic financial solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
