Job Summary

Create and refine original and customer artwork for labels, logos, apparel trim, packaging, and other branded products using graphic design software. Develop layouts and graphic sketches, determine typography and illustration placement, and ensure designs meet manufacturer specifications. Drive the sampling process with color matching and sample review, optimize processes for new items, and potentially lead functional teams or projects.

•Develop original and/or modify existing concepts based on sample or original layouts.
•Create, develop, and adjust customer artwork to meet manufacturer specifications and cost-efficiency goals.
•Produce graphic sketches, layouts, and designs using computer design tools for idea development.
•Manage sampling and quality checks, including color matching and reviewing samples to meet customer requirements.
•Develop and sign off on new items, including color matching and process optimization; potentially lead functional teams or projects.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
•Willing to work on shifts.
•Knowledgeable of internal products, manufacturing, and pre-press processes.
•Well organized with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
•Basic communication in English. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and other relevant software (plus Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes).
