Build the business operations and analytics system that keeps decision-ready insight flowing as the company scales. Partner with operational leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, and data center deployment to turn messy reality into durable processes, trusted KPIs, dashboards, and repeatable operating rhythms. Drive closed-loop operational change by diagnosing bottlenecks, redesigning processes, and ensuring adoption and measurable improvement, while apprenticing into operating leadership alongside the COO and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with 5 to 10 operational leaders to drive insight and action across supply chain, manufacturing, and data center deployment.
•Own the right information at the right time by building KPI and reporting architectures (dashboards, operating packets, recurring reviews, narratives).
•Drive closed-loop operational change by diagnosing bottlenecks, redesigning processes, and following through until adoption and measurable improvement.
•Build and maintain operational analytics infrastructure and closed-loop mechanisms (metric definitions, data ownership, reconciliation paths, accountability loops).
•Integrate operational data sources with finance systems to ensure decisions use consistent, auditable definitions while reducing manual work through automation and tooling.

Key Requirements

•6 to 10 years of total experience with demonstrated impact and judgment.
•2+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar) and readiness to create operating impact.
•Experience driving operational change inside a scaling company, owning real outcomes across operations, strategy, analytics, or FP&A.
•Strong analytical skills with comfort working from imperfect data to move from ambiguity to a clear framework and execution.
•Technical fluency beyond spreadsheets (preferred), comfortable with SQL, Python, or adjacent tooling to pull and shape data and automate recurring work.
